Have you ever wanted to learn how to draw beautiful, creative and imaginative art?
I'm running drawing classes for all ages and skill levels, you don't need to know a single thing about drawing to get started.
My classes are designed to help you discover your artistic vision and see the world with an artist's eye.
Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to go further, we'll take it step-by-step from the basics to portraits, stylized characters or plucking art straight from your imagination!
IF YOU CAN WRITE, YOU CAN DRAW!
You just need the right techniques in the right order-- and that's exactly what I'll teach you.
Starting from basic shapes and pencil control, each class will build up your skills.
We will work on:
simple line art exercises for control over the basics
transitioning from 2D shapes to 3D objects
methods to create easy and proportional human faces
shading techniques that bring your drawings to life
the secrets of perspective drawing
gesture drawing for dynamic poses
and much more!
WHAT KIND OF ARTIST WILL YOU BE?
Perhaps you would like to draw super realistic portraits for the people you love?
Or maybe you want to draw fun, creative cartoons or manga characters?
Or perhaps you are interested in drawing the world around you, or the world of imagination inside your head?
All drawing styles start with the same techniques and branch off!
What do you need?
All you need is a pencil and a sketchpad!
Classes are taught solo or with a small group.
Additional drawing events will be held throughout the year to draw on location, or with a live model depending on interest
